All roads led to Ashesi University for the J-FORCE Ashesi Branch General Member Meeting — a night of purpose, mentorship, and leadership. Held at The Hive Banquet Hall, the gathering brought together members of the Ashesi community, student leaders, and J-FORCE partners for an inspiring evening of dialogue and connection.
The event featured two powerful speakers: Bishop Eric Kwapong Sr., Founder of Global Changemakers Africa (GCMA), and Eric Kwapong Jr., President of The Josiah Leadership Movement (J-FORCE). Together, they shared personal insights, spiritual guidance, and lessons on how faith, vision, and discipline can be harnessed to transform society.
Bishop Kwapong Sr. spoke passionately about the call to moral and ethical leadership, challenging students to live lives of integrity and impact. His words resonated deeply with attendees, emphasizing that transformational change begins within the heart of every leader.
Eric Kwapong Jr. followed with a message about the journey of J-FORCE — from its humble beginnings to its national and continental influence. He encouraged members to view their university experience not just as a path to personal success, but as a platform for service and leadership in Africa’s development story.
The meeting also provided an opportunity for Ashesi students to engage directly with the J-FORCE leadership, ask questions, and connect with peers who share a passion for leadership rooted in faith and service. The energy in the room reflected a growing movement of young leaders committed to making a difference.
As the evening concluded, attendees were reminded that leadership is not a title but a responsibility. The event strengthened the bond between J-FORCE and the Ashesi community, setting the tone for future collaborations that will continue to empower students to lead change on campus and beyond.
