Project Feed Agbogbloshie 2.0 – Launching J-FORCE Ghana @ 5

To kick off celebrations of the 5th Anniversary of J-FORCE Ghana, members of The Josiah Leadership Movement launched Project Feed Agbogbloshie 2.0 — a community outreach initiative aimed at feeding and empowering young children in the Abossey Okai area of Accra.

This second edition of the Feed Agbogbloshie project focused on supporting roughly 100 children at the Abossey Okai Community School. Volunteers from J-FORCE and various schools across Ghana came together to pack and distribute meals, embodying the spirit of service and unity that defines the J-FORCE movement.

What made this project especially meaningful was its grassroots funding model. The entire event was fully financed in less than 10 days through the generosity of individuals and organizations within the Ashesi University and J-FORCE communities. Over 5,000 GHC was raised through pledges of 1,000 and 500 GHC, demonstrating the deep sense of commitment and belief that supporters have in the organization’s mission.

Project Feed Agbogbloshie 2.0 served not only as a charitable act but also as a leadership experience for the young volunteers involved. J-FORCE continues to emphasize that true leadership is rooted in compassion, service, and faith — principles reflected in every part of the project. As one post beautifully expressed, 'Leaders feeding future leaders.'

The event reinforced J-FORCE’s founding mission: to raise moral, ethical, and transformational leaders who can change society for the better. By investing in the next generation, especially children, the movement continues to nurture the belief that with God, all things are possible.

As part of the wider 'J-FORCE Ghana @ 5' anniversary celebrations, Project Feed Agbogbloshie 2.0 marked the beginning of a year-long series of events celebrating impact, leadership, and service. The team expressed immense gratitude to all supporters and encouraged everyone to stay tuned for upcoming initiatives like 'We Are The Change 3.0,' continuing the movement’s legacy of inspiring transformation across Ghana and beyond.
